Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Darzi AI and Boutique OS, the AI-assisted virtual tailoring, studio management, and try-on experience accessed through our website or application (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Darzi AI is made available solely as a branded experience. The Service is operated and legally provided by DEEPIKA NAROLIYA, operating in her individual capacity as the proprietor behind the Darzi AI brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). References to Darzi AI in marketing or product copy refer to this Service operated by DEEPIKA NAROLIYA unless context requires otherwise.

Eligibility & account

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service (AI tailoring, Boutique OS & credits)

Darzi AI helps you explore photorealistic visualizations of garments on reference imagery you provide, using fabric, style, and other inputs you upload or select. Boutique OS provides client ledgers, measurements, orders, job cards, styling tools, and fabric estimation. Output is generative and illustrative — it is not a guarantee of fit, construction, color accuracy under every display or lighting condition, or commercial outcome. You remain responsible for real-world measurements, finishing, and client conversations.

Access to certain generations may require digital credits or an active subscription. Credits are a limited license to use the Service’s computational features described at purchase; they are not a deposit, stored-value instrument traded on secondary markets, or title to any intellectual property underlying the AI models we use or license.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, minors depicted inappropriately, non-consensual intimate imagery, or harassment.
• No attempt to scrape, overwhelm, compromise, reverse engineer, or extract our models beyond permitted API/UI use.
• No misrepresentation that outputs are authoritative textile engineering, medical, or legal advice.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules are breached.

Your content & licence to us

You retain rights in the photos and materials you submit, subject to the rights of third parties depicted or shown. To run the Service, you grant DEEPIKA NAROLIYA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, adapt (including through AI-assisted transformations), cache, display to you by necessity, create derivative visualizations internally to produce outputs, and use de-identified aggregates for service improvement, security, and compliance — strictly as needed for operating Darzi AI. You confirm you have the rights necessary to grant this licence or have obtained consent where required by law or contract.

Intellectual property

The Darzi AI name, interface, onboarding copy, templates, tooling, workflows, curated prompt patterns, visuals, and documentation furnished by us (“our materials”) remain our intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third parties

Payments, authentication, analytics, AI inference vendors, hosting, fraud prevention, customer communication, and similar functions may rely on reputable third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms while processing data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowable. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DEEPIKA NAROLIYA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 2,000 — except where such limitation is prohibited.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify DEEPIKA NAROLIYA against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection rules applicable to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
